Ahcor
In 2012, the designer Sílvia Rocha began her fashion training at the Porto Fashion School, which ended in 2015 with an internship with designer Hugo Costa. Following her passion for fashion, in 2017 she continued her training at Modatex in Porto, where she attended the Fashion Design course. At the end of 2019, she presented her final collection at Portugal Fashion, representing Modatex. In the same year, she completed her course with an internship with designer Ricardo Andrez. In 2020 she was one of the finalists in the BLOOM competition and in January 2021 she received an invitation to join the group of young creators on the Portugal Fashion Upload platform, where she has been presenting her collections ever since. The AHCOR brand represents the designer not only in fashion but also in the most varied artistic areas. From 2021 to date, she has collaborated with theater projects, developing costumes for shows, sets, decorative objects. In December 2022, she was invited to represent Portugal at the 3rd Thai Silk International Fashion Week, in Bangkok. Exploration of volumes, mixing of materials, colors and textures, the use of dead stock materials is a constant in her work.
